Junior Academy Spring Term – BIRDIE

The Junior Academy Birdie level is suitable for juniors aged 9 to 11 approx and either with some previous golf experience on the driving range, new to the sport or have moved up from the Par  class upon passing their skills tests.
Each term consists of coaching sessions on Mondays and Saturdays either taking place on The Driving Range, putting green or on the golf course learning different competition formats such as Stableford or Texas Scramble.

Throughout each session, juniors will learn and develop the fundamentals of the game including full swing, pitching, chipping and putting.

There will be small development skills tests throughout the term which will lead to them being awarded stickers for their Achievement ScoreCard.

There will be two on course 6-hole competitions during each term where parents are invited to caddy for their junior during the round. The competition scores will be recorded and count towards your Achievement ScoreCard stickers.

Range balls are provided and the use of junior golf clubs are available if required.

MONDAY OPTION – Monday 11th January to Monday 22nd March 2021
5.45pm – 7pm

SATURDAY OPTION – Saturday 16th January to Saturday 27th March 2021
3.45pm- 5pm

Please note there will be no classes from Monday 8th February to Sunday 14th February for the Half Term break
